To place an order, browse our website, select the products you want to buy, and add them to your cart. When ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping information, choose your payment method, and complete your purchase. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website and checking your order history.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@theziryab.com or WhatsApp, providing your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please get in touch with our customer service team at info@theziryab.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible to make any changes. Once this 24-hour period has passed, we cannot accommodate order modifications or cancellations as the orders may already be processed.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the UAE. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

We offer standard and express shipping within the UAE. Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Next Day Delivery if orders are placed before 12PM.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
