2. Shipping Methods and Costs

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before noon (UAE time) are eligible for next-day delivery. This means your order will arrive the day after it is processed. The next-day delivery cost will be calculated based on your location and order size and displayed at checkout.

• Express Shipping: We offer express shipping for orders placed after noon or if you prefer a slightly longer delivery timeframe. Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. This option is ideal for those who need their purchase quickly but are not eligible for next-day delivery. Express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight and destination of your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within one business day of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you place an order before noon (UAE time), it will be eligible for next-day delivery if you select this option. Orders placed after noon will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account on our website and access your order history to track your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are continually reviewing our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
